I formed Universal Advisory Group via IP acquisition, partnerships and ambition to respond to changes in global talent markets by superior and best in field service provision. Both my academic and professional background have an international focus and I combine these experiences with over twelve yearʼs recruitment, sales and training. Since arriving in Hong Kong, I have recruited cross functional senior roles for a range of MNCs as well as SMEs. The first role I placed was for an upcoming, start up cloud computing company and subsequently, I have regularly advised organisations who are establishing in Asia and Europe or those who require assistance and advice for on-boarding and up-skilling. Within a month of inception, Univad doubled our capability, and I have similar plans for the future, splitting my time equally between Europe and Asia. Andrew Payne has worked in the recruitment business since 2004, initially for a listed London based search firm, where he held a number of posts including Director Hong Kong/APAC, and has a personal track record of recruiting across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Latterly, Andrew had divisional responsibility for Technology for an Asia- centric recruiter. Prior to recruitment, Andrew was an English teacher and then a regional sales professional, to date working in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the USA. Andrewʼs academic background is modern languages and he studied at Leicester (UK), Paris Sorbonne (France), and Pavia (Italy). Andrew is a British national.
